ABSTRACTS, ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATIONS

INSTRUCTIONS

All participants registered by April 1st, 2024 or before, are invited to submit abstracts for Oral or Poster presentations. The number of Oral presentations that can be accommodated in the program is limited thus the Oral presentations will be selected by the scientific committee. Others will be assigned a Poster Presentation. Posters will be on display for viewing the entire three days of the EPG workshop

Abstract Submission

When submitting an abstract, you will be required to provide the following information:

  • Abstract title: a brief, interesting and explicit description of the presentation(<15words)
  • Name and contact details of lead presenting author
  • Preferred presentation type (Oral presentation or Poster)
  • Authors’ names (lead author is normally expected to present the material; underline presenter name)
  • Authors’ affiliations
  • Abstract (max. length 300 words)
  • Acknowledgement that you intend to register and attend the European EPG workshop if your abstract is accepted

Persons submitting abstracts will be notified by email not later than week of May 1-7th, 2024 regarding whether their presentation will be in Oral or Poster format"

Oral Presentations

Keynote speaker presentations will be 30-45 minutes long. Presentations will be 15 minutes long including time for questions. Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint for Windows and delivered to organizers not later than the day before the talk. Presentations for Monday 17th of June can be delivered at the Welcome reception on Sunday night.

Posters

Posters should be put up during the morning of the first day of the EPG workshop (June 17th, 2024) on ICA reception. Posters will be displayed for the entire EPG workshop and can be viewed over the coffee hours and lunch break. Poster Boards are 100 cm x 160 cm and will accommodate 90 cm wide x 120 cm high (portrait orientation) standard Posters. Pins for securing posters will be provided
