HOW TO GET TO CSIC

Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport has currently four terminals from which you can access easily and quickly by public transport to any place of the Madrid Region. A free shuttle bus service called "Transit Bus" (Bus Tránsito) connects with each other the airport terminals: T1, T2, T3 and T4.

Travelling by plane

If your flight arrives at T1, T2 or T3

You can take a bus (line 203) to O ́Donnell and then take the Metro (line 6) to República Argentina. From that point it takes a 2 minutes walk down Serrano Street to arrive to CSIC. Other option is taking a taxi right to the CSIC (it costs 30€).

If your flight arrives at T4

You can take a bus (line 200) to Avenida de América and then take the Metro (line 6) to República Argentina. From that point it takes a 2 minutes walk down Serrano Street to arrive to CSIC. Other option is taking a taxi right to the CSIC (it costs 30€).

Travelling by train

Madrid-Atocha train station has its own Metro station (called Atocha, line 1). To go to CSIC you should take this line to Pacífico Metro station and there change to line 6 to go right to República Argentina.

Other option is taking a taxi right to the CSIC from Atocha station (it costs about 20€).
